At the Ice Mavericks program our objective is to develop our players to ensure that they are ready to play at the next level when the time comes. Due to our extensive development model and coaching staff, multiple organizations at the next level have trusted in us to develop their future players. As a result, the Ice Mavericks are proud to say that we have affiliated directly with multiple junior organizations which will provide our players who are already affiliated with junior teams, and those players that are still seeking a junior opportunity direct access to the next level. In addition to access to junior organizations, the Ice Mavericks are proud to say that our staff has incredible relationships with coaches at the NCAA and CIS college hockey levels which will be instrumental to helping our players advance to the collegiate level.
